Materials
“Now we’re going to make a really easy headband using a mixture of lace and a sparkle tulle and some beads. So, the first thing that I’m going to do is fold my Bowdabra Bow Wire in half and lay that down into my Bowdabra. I’m just tucking the ends underneath so they stay out of the way.
Next, I’m going to take my piece of lace and I’m just going to feed it into the Bowdabra. And I scrunch it down and just let that sit there.
Now I’m going to take my piece of tulle and lay that into my Bowdabra. Then I’m going to take my beads and just lay those on top and center them there.
Finally, I’m going to just scrunch everything down with my wand. And I’m going to take the ends of my Bowdabra and feed them through my loop while I hold. Then I pull it tight and hold the bow down while I’m pulling it. Now, separate the ends and bring the bow out of the Bowdabra. Bring your wire around to the back. I’m just going to tie it and then tie a knot.
Next thing I’m going to do is take my headband and I’m going to the area of the headband where the seam is. And I’m going to put it upside-down on the back of my bow, and I’m going to tie it. To finish, I’m going to just bring it back around here, on this side where the bow is, and I’m going to make my final tie, and knot it. I’m just going to clip my ends here and shape my bow. So you have a really pretty headband.
