Hi everyone, Steph here today to show you how to create a quick gift idea with the Bowdabra.
We are getting close to the holidays and, if you are like me, you like to give a selection of handmade gifts. How about creating a set of handmade cards and give them as gifts for friends, neighbors, teachers. Simply create 4-6 cards, place them in a gift box and use the Bowdabra to create a pretty ribbon for the top.
Quick gift idea
Supplies:
Mini Bowdabra
Gold Bowdabra Wire
3 inch wide ribbon
Set of Cards
Scissors
First, begin by cutting about 18″ of Bow Wire and folding it in half. Place inside the Mini Bowdabra and fold underneath to keep it out of your way.
Leaving about 6″ of ribbon as a tail, create a 3 looped bow.
Use the Bow Wand to push the ribbon into the Bowdabra.
Once you have the three loops, pull up on the Bow Wire and remove the bow. Tie the Bow Wire tightly then roll the Bow Wire on a pencil to create spirals. Wrap 1″ ribbon about the box of cards, then tie the bow to the 1″ ribbon.
