Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Crackers is a delicious brunch recipe that’s easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 box of Wasa Whole Grain crackers
- 1 tablespoon of plain cream cheese per cracker
- Package of smoked salmon – 1 thinly sliced piece per cracker
- ½ red onion sliced very thinly
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp capers
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese over each cracker,
- top with smoked salmon,
Sprinkle with onion, capers and dill
