Hello everyone! Tammy here with a cute Thanksgiving hostess gift that I made for my friend hosting our Friendsgiving this year. I love getting together with friends over the holidays and I love to make fun gifts for them. This is how I made this wine bottle wine charm holder.
Supplies:
Mini Bowdabra
Gold Bowdabra wire
Cardstock
Glue Dots adhesive
Silk flowers
Acetate gift bag
Directions:
Cut hanging wine charm holder using this Silhouette cut file
Assemble with Glue Dots.
Place Bowdabra wire inside of the Mini Bowdabra as shown.
Stack tulle, ribbon and silk flowers in layers.
Create a layered effect as shown
Pull Bowdabra wire into a slip knot and tie around the bow and finish with a double knot.
Add wine charm holder to the bottle of wine.
Attach bow to top of wine bottle.
Tie wire into a bow on the back.

Place wine charms in a acetate gift bag and close with a piece of Bowdabra wire and additional silk flower.
That’s it and how cute is this wine bottle with wine charms attached!?! I really love how this turned out and I know my friends will like it as well. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday :)
