½ medium yellow onion, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium zucchini
2 cup of cooked lentils
2 Tablespoons of sunflower seeds
2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds

1 Tablespoon of dried onion flakes
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
