Our Bowdabra Design Team continues to flourish and grow with amazing, crafty, and talented ladies. We are ”œbeyond”
Katie has always enjoyed making crafts, even as a little girl. As an adult, her creativity hasn’t dwindled but has continued to thrive and crafting has become part of her daily life! She is a busy Marketing professional during the day and a craft designer in her free time. We are not only impressed with Katie’s craft abilities but her time management skills! Katie has not one but two blogs: Sew Woodsy & Katie’s Cucina
Please visit Katie and her husband, a.k.a Mr. Woodsy, at their blog SewWoodsy. SewWoodsy is a combination of her husband’s woodworking and home renovation projects, as well as, Katie’s sewing, card-making, home decor, and all around craftiness.
Here are a few of our favorite projects:
Spider Dish Towel – Katie added fabric and beads to an inexpensive black dish towel to create a wonderful– “frightful” dish towel for Halloween.
Laundry Room Signs & Fabric Bulletin Board
We are in love with Katie’s laundry room decor! She created simple laundry room wooden signs and attached ribbon along the back of them. Next to the laundry room signs she added a homemade fabric bulletin board. Both of her tutorials are in-depth and she provides great step-by-step instructions from start to finish!
Monogrammed Tile Coasters
We were inspired by Katie’s tutorial for making monogrammed tile coasters. The project looks fairly simple and the coasters would be a nice inexpensive personalized Christmas gift!
We invite you to visit Katie’s Cooking Blog. Here is a little ”œtaste” of the recipes at: Katie’s Cucina”¦
